Our conference room will hold up to 12 people comfortably and can be arranged in multiple ways depending on your preference. Versatile tables and comfortable rolling chairs in a private setting provide a great location for any corporate team or small group to meet. Including a small kitchen area with full-size fridge, microwave, stovetop, dishwasher drawer, and coffee service included. A large whiteboard, Complimentary WiFi, and a SmartTV are provided with additional A/V equipment by request. Step right outside onto the patio and hear the sounds of nature if you need to take a quick break or step out from a meeting for a quick phone call.
We can also provide your group with breakfast, lunch, group happy hour, or wine and spirits tasting options through our on-site guest-only bar team. Additional outside sourced vendors can also be coordinated with our team if needed.
We offer 11 King Suites and 17 Double Queen rooms to choose from. Reserve all 8 our of Poolside & Lakeside Executive King Suites and have the entire first level with conference room, lounge areas, and bar to yourself.
Our conference room is available from October 20 - May 15 and can be rented by the day. We are happy to host groups in our Summer season between these dates, but we can recommend nearby locations for meeting space while providing you lodging accommodations.
